If You Would Like A Quote For Your Fencing Project;
Please follow the steps below to make the process easy.
Take a blank piece of paper, write you name at the top, with address , telephone number and email address.
In your yard, take measurements, using your property lines, from the back and sides of your property where you would like the fence to be placed.
Remember to include the distance your fence is offset from your home. Be as accurae as possible.
On a piece of paper, draw a simple diagram of your layout, showing the length of each side of your proposed fence.
On each line, include the length in linear feet . The diagram on the left is an example of what we require to do an accurate estimate for you.
You then need to decide if you need any gates.
Walk gates, for example, 3, 4ft or 5ft, and or drive gates, 8, 10, 12 ft gates, and mark those locations and sizes on the drawing.
If you are sharing the cost of any sides with a neighbour please note that on the drawing.
Now the next step is to take a clear picture of the drawing you have prepared with your phone and text the drawing to us. Use phone number 714 325 2123 which goes directly to our estimator.
Include two or three photos of the site where you plan and have measured for the fence and text these to us also.
At this point we should have enough information to prepare an accurate quote for you.
We will call you when we receive the text and ask any question we may have.
Our estimate will allow you time to review, ask questions or make some changes. The estimate will be good for 15 days. These are volatile times and prices of materials, freight, duty etc. are changing at a rapid rate.
The quote will have a place on it to sign your acceptance if you are so inclined and want to proceed with your project with us please sign and date the document.. This becomes your contract with us.
Now using your phone and camera, take a picture of the signed contract and text it to us.
We will acknowlege receipt of the document when we receive it.
We will then schedule delivery of your product and,discuss installation requirements. If you require installation we can arrange for an installer who we have prequalified to give you an estimate. If you prefer to install your fence yourself our office will assist you to make sure your project is completed in a professional manner.
At this time we will also discuss payment arrangements.
You can rest assured our price will be the best you will find in the industry, the quality will be the best available, and the service, after sale will meet your expectations. The warranty will be lifetime and transferable should you decide to sell your property.
As a homeowner you will be required to apply for any permits that might be required. Property lines need to be located, and call for underground locations of utility lines made.
If concrete is needed for your posts, it is up to the homeowner to arrange for concrete bags to be onsite at time of installation or arrange to pay installer to pick up required bags of concrete.
